Zac is a certified Massage Therapist and yoga enthusiast based in Northeast Minneapolis.   He is passionate about healing through Massage and bodywork and is inspired to partner with you on your wellness path, helping to relieve chronic pain, stress, and anxiety as well as support new patterns that align with your physical, mental and emotional health goals.

2O years of Zen meditation and Yoga practice have informed Zac of the belief in the interconnectedness of Body, Mind and Spirit (breath) and he is fascinated by the systems of the body (nervous, muscular, respiratory, etc) and how they function synergistically. He is a graduate of the Massage School of St. Paul with a continued study of Thai Yoga Bodywork under the tutelage of Tanya Boiganzan at Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness.

Zac loves spending time with his wonderful family (wife Natasha, daughter Freya, and their Boston Terrier “Dorothy.”)  He also enjoys traveling, bicycling, paddling and playing music.
