INTEGRATIVE TABLE MASSAGE

Massage therapy is known to help relieve a variety of ailments such as tension headaches, insomnia, stress, anxiety and sports injuries. I offer a full-body strong Swedish massage to help clients feel deeply relaxed and at ease.

The client will be worked with on a massage table, unclothed with modest draping using sheets and blankets with the application of massage lotion.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Thai Yoga Massage ( also known as Nuad Boran, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Lazy Human’s Yoga) is an ancient healing modality which intends to inspire the healing of one’s body and mind.

Receivers often feel balanced, calm, relaxed and energized as circulation and range of motion increases, soft tissues decompress, and subtle energy flows more freely and equally throughout the body.

A session may include but are not limited to; deep tissue compressions, therapeutic stretching, assisted hatha yoga poses, acupressure and reflex point therapy, joint mobilization and breath work.

In a Thai session, the receiver will remain fully clothed wearing stretchy attire and the massage will be performed on a comfortable futon on the floor.

CHAIR MASSAGE

Chances are you’ve seen or experienced a chair massage while walking through a mall or farmers market. Chair massage is great for busy people who work at a computer all day since the therapist can focus on the trouble areas that normally arise from desk work: shoulders, back, arms and neck. Corporate wellness programs are also bringing chair massage to their employees and we are pleased to be able to provide this service to offices and small businesses in the Twin Cities.

PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION

If you are interested in continuing your self care beyond massage, I offer beginner’s private yoga instruction based on my study of the ashtanga yoga practice. If you feel uncomfortable in a group class (as many do) I will work with you and create a lesson that can get you going on a path to increase vitality in your body, mind and breath.
